{Day 35: Rebecca} Things I love about a normal day

1. Going outside to see what the weather is like
2. Checking the mail in the hopes of having received a letter or a package (okay, so it's usually a bill, but still)
3. Checking out what kinds of clouds I'll have today (I really like clouds)
4. Singing along to my iPod in the car
5. The daily battle (for it is indeed a battle) between tea and coffee (fyi: tea won today as I was in need of comforting, not hyping)
6. My early morning tweet exchange with Courtney asking if I'd been called in to the SGC today
7. Doing the morning hellos to everyone if it's a working day
8. Lying in bed wondering what I shall do today if it's a home day (usually starts by going back to sleep for a bit)
9. Finding a good hair tie to use
10. Not having to search for clothes
11. Not having to get dressed at all if it's a home day - I do so love pyjamas... Especially if they're flannel
12. Packing my bag (picking out a book, finding my journal, picking a pen) for the day, I really enjoy this
13. Heading to a good cafe with a book to read or my laptop to grab coffee and get some things done
14. Conversing with my most loved pocket people (twitter)
15. Having lunch with people at work
16. Heading down to hang out in the library - cause duh, it's the library
17. Tumblr scrolling
18. Enjoying some good Twitter insanity
19. Deciding which obsession I shall indulge in today
20. Having late night tea and toast
21. The cat pawing my book out of the way so I pay attention to her instead... and when I do, have her just walk off on me
22. Laughing hysterically when a non-nerd saws something awesome and doesn't know it
23. Comment!spam replying
24. Doing a coffee run to have coffee with Wendy and Renae if I'm home
25. The smell of toast
26. Filling the days badge orders
27. Taking photos of random things
28. Playing the same song on the piano over and over again
29. Counting my word count and fic read count for the day and putting it into excel so I can watch shiny graphs grow
30. Squeeing over something tiny like apples
31. Talking to the lady in the post office
32. Reading a few fics on my ipad before going to sleep
33. Getting a phone call from Courtney in the very very early hours of the morning which start with "whaaaaatcha doing?" and end with "okay, we'll hang up on the count of twelvety.... YOU DIDN'T HANG UP!"
34. Getting up and playing that same song on the piano after midnight because my awesome pianos let me play with headphones (totally the reason I chose this piano)
35. Running away from twitter when I see Lisawind tweet cause I know that means I've been up WAAAAY to late and if I stay to tweet her back it shall be the end of me
