- I cut the top of chip bags off as I eat through it, so it's easier to reach the bottom.
- I'll check one boot for bugs but hardly ever check the second one.
- I put salt and pepper on my popcorn.
- I love knitting stripes. Watching each stripe show up perfectly in line is like magic.
- When I get excited or happy my eyes water rather horribly.
- Guaranteed pick me ups include knitting, the requiem commentary, amanda, nail file/clippers or scissors.
- I sleep with flannel sheets on my bed at least 10 months out of the year because I love the way they feel.
- Chances are if you mail me something/give me a present the packaging will be reused to send something to someone else. You may even get your sparkly bow of awesome back :)
- I love watching people work with their hand.
- I clean when I'm stressed.
- I tend to use glass jars as cups, mugs as bowls, and bowls as plates.
- I love infographics but every time I get asked to make one I can't figure out why people wouldn't just read the information they need.
- There is no such thing as too many salted foods/too much salt.
- I wanted to be a nun in high school for about a year.
- When I get really excited/happy about something (particularly food) I literally bounce/jump around.
- I have drunk goggles set on my email so that when I’m really tired I can’t send stupid/incomplete/incoherent emails to people.
- I don't call cats by their names, but I hardly ever call people by their nicknames.
Guidelines for Happy Listing (and yes, it's a list)
- We will create a list every day with the number of items matching the number of the day. For example: Day 1's list will have 1 item, Day 366 's will have 366 items.
- Each day's list must be completed (but not posted) before midnight of our respective timezones.
- List topics are unrestricted and of our own design. List inspiration and appropriation is permitted. Items are not allowed to appear twice on the same list.
- Though we may not research our topic, we may ask for assistance. Research is allowed when providing context (links ect). Context should be brief and provided after the completed list.
- Once a fortnight we shall complete a mutual list, the topic of which shall be provided by you.

1. That's such a good idea!
ReplyDelete2. ookay
3. *pulls face*
4. YAY! STRIPES
5. nawww!
6. all wonderful choices :D
7. DITTO!!! Cept not quite 10 months - as long as I can possibly stand, our summer is pretty hot
8. LOL I do this also
9. You know what I saw the other day? A video of someone blowing and sculpting glass, it was fascinating.
10. feel free to visit next time
11. ...that's randomly odd
12. LOL nerd
13. you'd fit in here. Alex and Dad put salt on their salt.
14. OOH I wanted to be a nun too! But I was five and obsessed with Sound of Music
15. tis why you're cute
16. drunk goggles?
17. fluffballs!
2. Don't make that face at me. I'm not sticking my foot in a shoe with a giant spider or other critter thing when I go camping.
Delete3. Don't worry it's so drown in butter I'm not sure you'd notice.
7. I generally refuse to take them off unless it breaks 95 or 100*
8. \o/
9. SO COOL. I used to stand and watch the kids work in the glass studio.
10. Hahaha. Will do.
11. Not really. It's whatever's easiest to carry (less spills) that'll do the job.
12. *grins*
13. More people need to understand the joys of salt.
14. That makes sense. My version? Not so much.
15. *Shudders* I refuse to believe this.
16. It's a google labs thing. You have to do math before it'll let you send an email after the time you specified. It's supposed to stop you from drunk emailing.
17. YES!!
2. LOL I can appreciate that - but why wouldn't you check BOTH?
ReplyDelete3. okay but still - interesting.
7. My mother will come in and look at me and go 'really? really? Change them. Now.'
9. It is so cool. I have a friend makes glass beads at home, very cool.
11. Fair enough. I can't say I'm a dinnerware changer though. The closest I do is custard out of a cup or mug at Christmas time.
13. I like salty foods, but the amount of salt they put on things *gag* Mum's just as bad but with sugar.
14. But it's still cute!
15. Whatever.
16. HAHA That is awesome!! lol but I still like incoherent emails.
2. IDK. I didn't say it made sense. I just said this it what I do. They're supposed to be random facts after all.
Delete7. LOL. As long as I'm not whining incessantly about melting no one seems to care.
13. Ew see sugar. Ew. Ew. Ew.
14. What is it with you and that word lately? I thought we had this straightened around.
16. I like them too but not when they're sent to important people who expect you to sound sane and articulate.
2. Then carry on with your randomosity.
Delete7. Well my mother knows how much I hate changing sheets (seriously, my most hated chore) and so is my sheet-changing nudger.
13. Agreed.
14. Firstly, we shall never have it straightened out. Secondly, 90% of the time it isn't an intention let's-bug-Lisa/Courtney type thing. I genuinely think you're cute. ;P
16. ... I know no one like that.
7. laundry and changing sheets. noted.
ReplyDelete14. Ok maybe not straightened out but the frequency of such claims had died down. guh *headdesk*
16. hahha that's good for you then. Send all the wacky emails you want.
7. Yes, ick, I hate both these things.
Delete14. My use of the word increases with my amusement at your disputing of it.
16. Oh I will!
14. Reason #2 you're not allowed to use it.
Delete...but I like it!
DeleteDon't care. You're still not allowed.
DeleteDon't care. I'm going to anyways.
